I’ve been soaking myself in the loving and healing energies of the water at Sugar Beach in Sipalay. It’s helping me tremendously in de-stressing. It’s refreshing. Rejuvenating. Relaxing. Recharging. Re-energizing. Re-balancing. Re-everything!
Located in Negros Occidental in the Visayas Region of the Philippines, Sugar Beach is a far, far cry, thankfully, from Punta Ballo, where I previously stayed and had such unpleasant experiences, hence, the need to de-stress. I blogged about it extensively here, here, here, and here. Enough. ‘Nuff said.
Sugar Beach is a beach like no other!
If you’re familiar with the world-famous Boracay Beach, or if you’ve been blessed to have experienced it at least some 20 years ago, Sugar Beach is how Boracay was during her earlier, unspoiled, truly paradisiacal days!
I’ve been immensely enjoying swimming in the clear, clean blue waters — every day, and any time of the day, high tide or low tide! Yay! I have not enjoyed swimming in the sea as much as I have now! Sugar Beach is a swimmer’s paradise!
My daily morning and afternoon swimming isn’t only healing. It’s what gives me my get-out-of-bed-feeling in the morning!
Relaxing. Recharging. Rejuvenating.
Releasing worries and fears, toxicities and anxieties.
Re-aligning my energies.
Remembering and being reminded of life’s simple yet more meaningful joys and pleasures.
Living simply and joyously!
These are my treasured gifts from the healing energies of water, thanks to Sugar Beach — truly, a beach like no other!
