I created this site to share my thoughts and reflections as I move along the path of healing and awakening. I also like to share whatever wisdom and knowledge I’ve gained (and continue to gain) from my healing journey, as well as the tools and resources that have helped me (and still are helping me) in integrating my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Nothing brings me more joy than assisting in bringing about healing and transformation.

What you’ll find here is a combination of essays and articles, poetry and reflections, excerpts and write-ups, events and announcements, audio and video recordings, books, music and films, and other resources that can be part of your healing and awakening tool kit.

Buddha said — believe something only if you have explored it in your own heart and mind and body, and found it to be true.  So, while what you’ll find here has worked and is working for me, it may or may not work for you.  Please choose and take only what resonates with you, what feels right and rings true to you, by invoking your I AM Presence (or Higher Self).  And then, please pass on to those who may benefit from them.

I invite and encourage you co-journeyers, to share and exchange insights and lessons. Please come and take the ride with me.   Let us be part of the road to awakening our Divine Selves.  Please join me in this site as we rediscover and remember who we truly are.

Aligning With Truth is a forum where we gather and meet as a community of fellow seekers, virtually and telepathically.  Aligning With Truth is a virtual healing center through which healing and transformation takes place, individually and collectively.

As we heal our individual selves, we heal the collective humanity.  And together, we can increase our awareness, expand our consciousness, and raise the vibration of our planet.

Together, we can transition to

A New Consciousness. 

A New Humanity. 

A New Earth.
